Diana

Diana is a certified yoga instructor and has been teaching all levels of yoga for 9 years. She first started doing yoga when she became pregnant and acquired a bulging disc in her low back. A friend showed her some simple yoga poses focusing on her low back and after time, her low back pain went away and it has never returned! Since then, Diana studied all the aspects of yoga and created her daily practice. She now incorporates essential oils, mudras, mantras and stones in her practice and in her classes. During the summer she also teaches beach yoga, where she lives in Miller Beach. Diana has also developed a chakra balancing class where she teaches students how to balance their bodies’ energy fields, known as chakras. Diana believes that through yoga, you can nourish your body, mind and spirit!

Paige

Join Paige, a Kripalu Institute 200-RYT yoga instructor in our Beginners series on Monday Night. Explore the 8 limbs of yoga, including postures (Asana), breath work (Pranayama) and meditation. This relaxing series is suitable for those who have never stepped onto a yoga mat, or those who want to dive deeper into the nuances of their practice. Exploring the energy of breath and body connection, we will create a new body awareness to take into your everyday life. Keeping your body’s needs and obstacles into account, Paige will offer modifications and props to support your body. So come, join us on your mat and find the practice that has been waiting for you!
